• Since 1986 — Senior oncologist at the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 1987–1988 — Internship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, USA).
• 1988–1989 — Research in metabolic surgery at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
• 1989–1990 — Acting Head of the Brachytherapy Department at the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 1990–1991 — Head of the Outpatient Oncological Department at the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 1993–1994 — Acting Head of the Sharett Institute of Oncology of the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 1994–2019 — Head of the Oncological Department and the Sharett Institute of Oncology of the Hadassah University Hospital.
• Since 1998 — Head of the Breast Cancer Treatment Center.
