• 1979-81 – research work in studying liver diseases at Albert Einstein University. (New York, USA).
• 1977-2010 – Leading specialist of the Internal Medicine Department of the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 1984-2010 – Head of the Hepatology Unit of the Hadassah University Hospital.
• 2010-14 – Consultant of the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases at the Hadassah University Hospital.
